Grace Lutheran Church is requesting to discharge an existing Development Agreement and to enter into a new Development Agreement.
Proposal
The applicant wishes to permit subdivision of the land containing the existing church for residential use (townhouses). No development plans are proposed at this time, the amendment would include the ability to develop the property in the future.
The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:
- Discharging of the existing Development Agreement for the subject lands
- Subdividing a portion of the existing lot fronting Hampton Green for future residential development
The Development Plans (provided below) outline the development proposal in detail, and include information related to the subdivision and potential traffic impact.

The application will be considered under the Discharge of a Development Agreement process and the Development Agreement process
Status
The application is currently in the final review stage and Municipal planning staff are currently drafting the Discharging Agreement and new Development Agreement along with related staff reports. Although the formal public engagement period is now complete, comments continue to be welcome.
