The applicant is requesting to rezone the access easement located on Crown Lands at PID 00397992 to provide access for and permit residential uses on PID 00397992. 

The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:

  • Rezone the access easement located on PID 00397992 from Protected Area (PA) zone to Two Unit Dwelling (R-2) zone; and
  • The proposed rezoning of the access easement will allow for residential uses to the permitted on the adjacent property PID 00397992.

Currently this application is at the team review stage of the process where the request is reviewed by internal municipal staff as well as external agencies.
