This sign form is filled out to accompany the application which applies to a business which is physically located within the area of the following identified highways:

Highway 333, Prospect to Upper Tantallon, Nova Scotia
Portion of Route 3 for a distance of five Hundred (500) meters from the intersection of highway 333 and Route 3.

No person shall display, permit, or cause to be displayed any advertisement on an identified highway unless the advertisement is allowed under this By-Law.

The applicant/license holder shall be familiar with and abide by all regulations in accordance with By-Law A-600, Advertising on Provincial Highways; additional information can be found in By-Law A-600 - Advertising on Provincial Highways.
