East Quick Response Units noticed two suspicious men in the Shannon Park area, Dartmouth, at 8 p.m., walking with suitcases that looked suspicious. Surveillance was set up to watch the men, who hid the suitcases and then entered the construction site under the MacKay bridge. As they were exiting the site they were arrested by the QRU units. The suitcases’ contained a variety of tools. Both men were charged with possession of break tools and released from custody to attend court at a later date.
