On February 27, at 5:40 p.m. a 69-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man were walking westbound on Inglis Street in Halifax. As they approached South Bland Street there was a vehicle stopped on South Bland at the stop sign. The pedestrians began to cross the intersection and the driver of the vehicle, a 51-year-old woman, was watching traffic and inched the car forward, slightly bumping the man who was not injured. The driver and the pedestrian exchanged information and then all went on their way. The pedestrians later called police to report the incident after they got home. No charges are anticipated in this incident.
