On April 8 at 10:20 p.m. Halifax Regional Police responded to a car/pedestrian collision at the corner of Robie Street and Bell Road in Halifax. A 48-year-old man was driving south bound on Robie Street and made a left turn onto Bell Road when he struck a 22-year-old man. The pedestrian was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. As a result of the investigation, no charges will be laid.  It is believed that weather conditions may have been a contributing factor.
