On May 12, at 11:55 p.m an HRP K-9 officer was on patrol in the Burnside Industrial Park in Dartmouth when he came upon a break and enter in progress at Mather Freight located at 165 Burbridge Avenue. The officer discovered a vehicle full of stolen property, a K-9 track ensued that led to a foot chase and the subsequent arrest of 3 men. All three men are from the Dartmouth area and are currently in police custody. This matter remains under investigation at this time but charges are expected.
