On June 4, at 4:30 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Duffus Street and Agricola Street in Halifax to a report of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle. A 35-year-old man was crossing Duffus Street in a marked crosswalk when he was bumped by a vehicle travelling south on Agricola Street The pedestrian was not injured and refused medical treatment. The 59-year-old driver was issued a Summary Offence Ticket for Failing to Yield to a Pedestrian in a Crosswalk
