On January 4, at 10:30 a.m., HRP responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian in the 6900 block of Mumford Road in Halifax. A 63-year-old woman walking through a parking lot was struck by a truck plowing snow at that location. She received minor injuries and was transported by EHS to hospital as a precaution. Charges are not expected.
