Shortly after 6:30 p.m. on November 20, a 64-year-old female motorist called police to report that she had struck a pedestrian in a crosswalk in the area of 6286 South Street. Emergency Health Services attended the scene as a precaution and tended to the 18-year-old female pedestrian. After the investigation was completed, officers issued the motorist a Summary Offence Ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
