On June 24, at approximately 5 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to the 0-100 block of Wentworth Street in Dartmouth for a weapons complaint. Several intersections around the Wentworth Street area were closed to traffic for a short period of time. One man was taken into custody and was later released without charges. No one was injured or threatened as a result of this incident. Although this investigation is ongoing, no criminal charges are anticipated.
