On March 21, at 10:10 p.m., officers assigned to the East Quick Response Unit (EQRU), responded to an apartment building in the 0-100 block of Parker Street after a report that several individuals with bandanas covering their face were observed in a common area of the building. As officers arrived on scene, they observed a man and a woman matching the description provided running from the building. They were quickly arrested, and a handgun and a prohibited knife were located on the man, while a hammer and a knife were located on the woman.
