On February 28, at 2 a.m., the victim, a 23-year-old man, was walking in the area of Lacewood Drive and Glenforest Drive in Halifax when he was approached by two men. who asked the victim to use his cell phone but he refused. One of the suspects pulled out a pepper spray and sprayed the victim in the face. The victim was able to run away from the suspects and call police. The area was checked by numerous police units and K-9 but they were not able to locate the suspects. The victim was treated by EHS at the scene and released. Nothing was taken from the suspect. The suspects description was very vague and they were wearing masks.
