Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that sidewalk preparatory work will begin tomorrow at various locations along Hammonds Plains Road and along Bedford Highway.
Crews will be working on Hammonds Plains Road from Bedford Highway to Doyle Street and along Bedford Highway from Hammonds Plains Road to Southgate Drive. Work will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day.
Lane drops will be in place while work is underway and motorists can expect long delays in the area.
Drivers are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this road work may cause.
