(4:56 p.m.)Two men are facing charges after a break and enter into a home in Dartmouth earlier this week.
On September 23 at 6:56 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a house alarm on Virginia Avenue. Witnesses provided officers with a description of a male suspect seen running away from the area. Through the efforts of the Halifax Regional Police/RCMP Integrated General Investigative Section, two male suspects were identified and arrested last night.
Two men from the Halifax area were held in custody overnight and appeared in Halifax Provincial Court today. Rodney Carl Barkhouse, 42, is facing one count of break and enter to commit theft, while Scott Graham Blair, 41, is facing four counts of breach of probation, seven counts of violation of an undertaking and two counts of failing to comply with conditions on an undertaking.
