At 1:44 a.m. on November 17, police responded to the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission, located at 1650 Bedford Highway, for a break and enter in progress.
A short time later officers located the suspect inside a residence in the 100 block of Rutledge Street in Bedford. He was taken into custody without incident and the stolen merchandise recovered.
A 30-year-old man, who is known to police, is facing the following charges: break and enter, mischief, possession of stolen property, breach of probation and two counts of breaching an undertaking. He will have a bail hearing later this morning.
