Halifax Regional Police are currently on scene at a car/pedestrian collision at Williams Lake and Herring Cove Roads in Halifax. The collision was reported to police at 3:40 p.m. The pedestrian, an elderly woman, has been taken to hospital with what is believed to be serious injuries. Halifax Regional Police Accident Investgiation Unit has been called in, however, this investigation in its early stages.Traffic is currently flowing in all directions at the intersection.
