Charges Laid in Graffiti Incident

A man faces charges for spraying graffiti on a bridge in Halifax last night.

Police received a call at 11:58 p.m. after the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission witnessed a man spraying graffiti on a concrete wall under the Halifax side of the Mackay Bridge. The 29-year-old Halifax man was arrested without incident and found to be in possession of spray paint which was seized by the officers. He is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date to face charges of property damage.
