Halifax Regional Police is identifying the victim of Friday’s fatal collision as Caleb Doary, 17, of Brookside.
The incident occurred at the end of ramp 1D off Highway 102 in Halifax at 3:15 p.m. The car driven by Caleb was turning left towards Fairview when it was hit by a pickup truck heading south on North West Arm Drive. Caleb was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Halifax Regional Police Collision Investigation Unit continues to investigate the collision. Anyone who witnessed the incident but has not spoken to police should call them at 902-490-5024.
