A man faces a charge after a drug search in yesterday in Bedford.

At 11:15 a.m., officers assigned to the HRP/RCMP Integrated Drug Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on Mill Court. Officers seized a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A man was arrested at the scene without incident.

A 26-year-old Bedford man is charged with one count of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. He was released from custody and will appear in Halifax Provincial Court on December 17, 2013.
