Drug search – Lacewood Drive

Two men face drug charges after a search warrant was executed on October 22 in Clayton Park.

Shortly after 10 p.m., investigators assigned to the Drug Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division conducted a search of a residence in the 100 block of Lacewood Drive. Officers seized a replica handgun as well as a quantity of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during the search.

Two men aged 23 and 22, both of Halifax, were arrested at the scene and each face one count of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and one count of possession of a controlled substance. They will appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date.
