Two men face charges after a drug search last night in Halifax.
At approximately 7:45 p.m., officers assigned to the HRP/RCMP Integrated Drug Unit, assisted by officers from the Central Quick Response Unit, conducted a search of a residence in the 1900 block of Oxford Street. Four people were arrested without incident at the scene and the subsequent search resulted in officers seizing cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy, cash and drug paraphernalia.
Twenty-one-year-old Khaled Abdulrahman Alkhedairy and 25-year-old Reginald Alan Wilson each face three counts of drug possession for the purpose of trafficking. They are both scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court in today. The two other people were released without charges.
