Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016 (Halifax, NS) - The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 14 and continuing until Friday, Sept. 16, road construction will take place on Finlay Drive, from Wright Avenue to Commodore Drive.
Crews will be on-site from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There be lane closures and two-way traffic will be maintained on one side of the boulevard at all times. Traffic control personnel will be in place.
At times, there will be occasional lane drops on Commodore Drive and Wright Avenue while work is taking place on Finlay Drive near each intersection.
Motorists should expect long delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
The municipality regrets any inconvenience this road work may cause.
