The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction will continue until mid-November on Glendale Drive between McDougall Avenue and Riverside Drive.
Crews will be on site each day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., including some weekends. There will be an altered centerline with occasional stop-and-go traffic.
The speed limit is reduced to 50 km/h and there are changes to line markings in the area. Motorists are asked to be attentive to the new road rules, and it’s recommended drivers use an alternative route whenever possible.
