At 2:10 a.m., a 26-year-old woman was walking home along Hollis and Morris Streets in Halifax when she encountered a man. He walked in front of her, stopped and began to masturbate. The woman continued walking and was not followed or approached by the suspect. The area was checked by officers who were unable to locate the suspect. The suspect was described as a white man, believed to be in his 30's, clean shaven, blond hair, 5'8", average build, wearing beige pants and a light coloured dress shirt.
