At 9:50 p.m., police responded to Highway 102 at the Kearney Lake Road inbound ramp to a report of a woman being dragged from a vehicle by another woman and left on the side of the road. Responding officers located an intoxicated woman. She was checked by EHS at the scene. Officers learned that the woman driving the vehicle is known to her. Investigators located and questioned the driver of the vehicle. It appears that the passenger may have attempted to exit the vehicle as it was in motion possibly. This investigation is ongoing and it unknown at this time if criminal charges will be laid.
