At 3:10 a.m. on September 13, officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the area of Lahey Road in Dartmouth. A man stabbed a 21-year-old man after a verbal argument ensued between the two men while the victim was walking on Alfred Street near Catherine Street. The victim continued on to a residence on Lahey Road and was later transported to hospital by EHS. A 50-year-old man was arrested earlier today at a residence on Alfred Street and he remains in custody. The men are known to one another and the investigation is continuing.

At approximately 3:10 a.m. on September 13, officers responded to the area of Lahey Road in Dartmouth for a report of a man who had been stabbed. The victim was transported to hospital by EHS for treatment of what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. Members of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are currently assisting with the investigation.
