A 23-year-old woman contacted police at approximately 8:30 p.m. to report that at about 9:10 a.m. she was standing at the corner of Morris and Barrington Streets waiting to cross when a male she did not know approached her, stood in front of her, and touched the inside of her leg, running his hand up her thigh. He then took off, running south on Barrington Street. The suspect was described as a white man, 28-30-years-old, about 5'7", medium build, dark hair with a scruffy beard, wearing a light coloured wind breaker over a dark hoodie. The matter remains under investigation.
