At approximately 12:15 p.m. two men were observed kicking in the rear door of a residence in the area of Victoria Road and Chappell Street in Dartmouth. Several police units responded quickly and two suspects were apprehended in the immediate area. Both men face charges of break and enter. A 35-year-old man is in police custody and will appear in Dartmouth court tomorrow. A 55-year-old man was released from custody and will appear in Dartmouth court at a later date.
