At approximately 3 p.m., officers responded to a single vehicle crash at 209 Chain Lake Drive in Halifax. A 76-year-old female driver attempting to park her vehicle lost control and drove into the Dollarama Store. The driver was shaken up but not injured during the incident. A female shopper in the store suffered a minor ankle injury and was taken to hospital for treatment as a precautionary measure. There was extensive damage done to both the vehicle and the storefront. No charges are anticipated in this accident.
