At 2:56 a.m., police responded to a robbery that occurred at the Dartmouth Commons. A 23-year-old Dartmouth man walking through the Commons was approached by two males who threatened him with bear spray. The suspects relieved the victim of his wallet and other personal items. Patrol officers set up containment in the area and a K-9 unit was called in to conduct a track. The K-9 team followed the track to Shore Road and Geary Street where the officer arrested two suspects fitting the description. Several items stolen from the victim were recovered and a can of bear spray was seized. Two male youths from Dartmouth face robbery charges and will appear in court at a later date. The victim was not injured during this incident.
