At approximately 9:10 p.m., a taxi driver responded to a pick-up call at an address in the 3600 block of St Paul's Street in Halifax. When the driver arrived at the address, two men standing outside approached the taxi. One of th men opened the passenger door, produced what is believed to be a hand gun and demanded cash from the driver. The driver turned over a small amount of cash and the two men fled the area on foot, running in an easterly direction. No one was injured during the incident. The only description at this time is that both suspects were black men in their early 20's, average height and build and both were wearing black hoodies. The matter remains under investigation.
