At 8:08 p.m., police responded to a weapons call in the 1400 block of the Bedford Highway. A 37-year-old man reported that he was sprayed in the face with a sensory irritant after a verbal confrontation with three teens which started as a result of the teens littering. After spraying the victim, the two male youths and one female youth fled the area on foot. The victim was treated by EHS at the scene. The three suspects were described as being 14 to 16-years-old. The female suspect had sandy blonde hair and was wearing jeans, a dark grey hoodie and carrying a large black purse. One male suspect was wearing a multi coloured grey/red/black hoodie and the other was wearing jeans and a charcoal grey zip up sweater. The matter remains under investigation.
