At 11:50 p.m., police responded to a report of a break ane enter in progress at JeBaileys Market, 187 Windmill Road in Dartmouth. The suspect in the break had fled the scene in a car prior to police arrival but witnesses nearby were able to provide a vehicle description. Approximately 5 minutes after the incident occurred, Patrol Officers in East Division located the suspect vehicle and arrested the person responsible for the break and enter at the store. A 43-year-old Dartmouth man was held for court to face several charges including break and enter, theft and possession of break in tools.
