At 1 a.m., patrol officers in the North End of Halifax observed a man peering into vehicles in the 5000 block of Vestry Street. He was found to be in possession of break and enter tools and other property. A 57-year-old Halifax man was arrested and held to appear in court to face charges of possession of break and enter tools and breaching a recognizance.
