At 1:56 a.m., police responded to the Dartmouth General Hospital after receiving a report of a stabbing victim being treated at the hospital. Responding officers confirmed that a 20-year-old man had suffered a stab wound to the chest. His injuries are serious but not considered to be life threatening at this time. Officers remain on scene and the investigation is in its early stages.
