Police responded to Central Avenue for a report of a robbery shortly before 9 p.m. The suspect entered a convenience store brandishing a knife and demanded cash from the employee. The owner was also in the store and upon seeing the owner, the suspect fled the store without obtaining anything. The suspect is described as a white man, 19 to 20-years-old, tall and thin, and wearing a hoodie. The matter is still under investigation.
