At 1:30 a.m., officers responded to a weapons call in the 0-100 block of Catamaran Drive. Information received indicated that a man and woman who are known to one another were in an altercation and a stabbing had occurred. The man was taken to hospital with a serious but non life-threatening injury to the leg and the woman was taken into custody and will be charged with assault with a weapon.
