At 11:45 a.m., officers responded to a weapons call in the 200 block of Willett Street in Halifax. Information received indicated that after a driving incident, the driver of one vehicle stopped and sprayed the driver and two passengers of a second vehicle with a chemical irritant and then fled the area. The matter is still under investigation and the involved people were treated by EHS and released with no reported injuries.
