At 1:50 a.m., police responded to a robbery call on Ruben Court in Dartmouth. The victims, a 35-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman, stated that three males entered their home through an open window. One of the males was armed with some type of handgun. The males demanded valuables from the residents. The suspects removed cell phones, electronics and car keys from the residence and then fled the area in the victim’s vehicle. No one was injured during the incident. The empty vehicle was located a short distance away. A HRP K-9 unit attended and attempt to track the suspects but none were located. The suspects are described as 3 black males with thin builds and dressed in dark clothing with bandanas covering their faces. While the HRP Forensic officer was in the residence processing it for evidence a number of marijuana plants were located. The 35-year-old man was arrested for possession of these plants and will appear in court at a later date. It is believed that this was not a random incident.
