At 1 a.m., members responded to a street level robbery that occurred near the intersection of Cornwallis and Barrington Streets in Halifax. The female victim in this matter was approached by two teenage males, one suspect threatened her with a knife and demanded her purse. She screamed at them and ran towards her home and the two suspects fled from the scene empty handed. No property was stolen and the victim was not injured during the incident. The suspects are described as two black males, 15 to 18-years-old, one wearing a gray patterned hoodie and the other a burgundy hoodie.
