At 3:45 p.m. a 15-year-old male youth was walking home from school along a path off of Thomas Raddall Drive in Halifax. He was approached by another 15-year-old student who is known to him and assaulted. He was kicked and punched, and had his cell phone and hat stolen. The victim was treated at the scene by EHS for minor injuries and did not require hospitalization. The 15-year-old male suspect was arrested without incident at 5:25 p.m. and held in police custody to appear in court in the morning to face charges of robbery and assault.
