At 6 p.m., a woman in her fifties was in Point Pleasant Park walking her dog when she observed a man sitting on a bench. The man was wearing onlya blue t shirt and he appeared to be masturbating. He walked into the woods and came out with shorts on. The suspect is described as a 25-year-old white man, short brown hair, 5’10". The suspect did not say anything to the victim and she was not injured during the incident.
