On October 26 at 10:55 p.m., officers observed an intoxicated male crossing Conrose Field in the Jubilee Road area of Halifax. The male resisted arrest and was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana and cocaine. Police arrested the 17-year-old male who is facing two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and resisting arrest. He is expected to be released on a recognizance to appear in court at a later date.
