At 11:11 a.m. on November 3, residents arrived home and interrupted a break and enter in progress in the 2100 block of Bauer Street in Halifax. Their arrival caused the suspect to flee the area. Central Division members attended, and after a short foot pursuit, a male youth was arrested in the area of the Halifax Common. The youth is currently in custody and the investigation is still ongoing. Charges of break and enter are anticipated.
