On November 6 at 3:40 p.m., the HRP/RCMP Guns and Gangs Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 300 block of Old Sambro Road. As a result of this search, a rifle, ammunition, silencer, cocaine, marihuana, cash and drug paraphernalia were seized. Two men, ages 38 and 21, and a 46-year-old woman were taken in to custody. All three are facing weapons charges and charges under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act. The two men will be appearing today in Halifax Provincial Court and the woman will be attending court at a later date.
