On November 26 at approximately 7:34 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to Dunbrack Street and Main Avenue in Halifax for a car/pedestrian collision. A 60-year-old woman was struck while crossing Dunbrack Street in a marked crosswalk. The victim was transported to the QE2 Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The 48-year-old female driver from Halifax was issued a ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
