On December 2 at approximately 6:05 a.m., HRP responded to a car/pedestrian collision at the intersection of Cunard Street at Robie Street in Halifax. A Pontiac Sunfire travelling east on Cunard Street made a left hand turn to go south on Robie Street and struck a 27-year-old female pedestrian crossing Robie Street in a crosswalk. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The 39-year-old male driver was issued a summary offence ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
