At 6:30 p.m. security at the Tacoma Drive Sobeys store attempted to stop a male for stealing store merchandise. The suspect produced a small multi tool knife and left the merchandise behind. He did not threaten or harm the employee. A k-9 unit tracked the suspect towards Main Street where the track ended. The suspect is described as a white male, mid 30`s, wearing a grey tuque, black jacket, red hoodie and dark blue jeans.
