A 29-year-old man reported that he was walking in the area of Brunswick Street and Divas Lane at approximately 2:30 a.m. He walked past two men who asked him for a cigarette. When he stopped to give them one, both of the men assaulted him and took his wallet and apartment keys. The victim was not seriously injured during the incident and did not require medical treatment. The only description that he could provide was that one man was white and the other was black. Both were in their early 30’s. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police at 490-5020.
